Ash was usually at the bottom of my interesting
bits of land list, but now I must admit it's near the top.
Having done the chainsaw massacre thing on most
of the sections and made them that bit more interesting its now
more of a challenge for the whites and blues and not the main-road
stuff of yesterday.
Good turn out even though it was damp and miserable
over the weekend and had an entry of 60 ish give or take and the
going was good to firm. Ash has taken some modification to get
it anywhere near interesting and we have started to push the blues
and whites a wincey bit harder then usual just to get a laugh
out of this almost flat piece of land 'Yawn!'.
Whites has now got to be up with the se centres
expert route almost and I know for a fact that Cliffy baby is
running scared, well so says 'ROY' and we love it!.
By god section two had me wishing I hadn't brought
that damn chainsaw down, Gazza getting his grubby mits on it is
enough to cause any distress in the pants department, only wished
Brocklehurst 'i only ride in a blue moon' had turned up for some
knuckle bashing so I could have wooped his sorry arse, the way
Lee`s been riding lately even Cliff could beat him.:):) I need
the competition, getting boring winning all the time. May have
to chop a limb off just to give the others a chance!!!
Anyway we will be making our way in a few weeks
to the first round of the ymsa up north somewhere grim where men
wear flat caps and chase whippets down holes and stuff, secure
the van wheels we're coming. Been told there's so much good land
with rocks you could breed an English 7 times world outdoor trials
champion!!! Excuse me and that's with an MBE to boot, im tough
enough I will have a go at thrashing some Yorkshire butt!!!. Only
if I ride the over 90 route.
Well I think everyone had a good laugh and enjoyed
themselves by the expressions on most people's faces. Only a few
ended up a bit black and blue and a few bleeding knuckles were
seen but other than that I think they will be back next year for
some more Fleety and Roberts punishment.
Thanks to all who made this event happen and see
you at round 6
