How refreshing to ride a decent trial down at hungry hill two weeks after the biggest cockup in trials history on the same piece of land, shows you can lay out a decent trial with a bit more effort and thought.

Last Sundays trial was a blinder with the sections laid out just right for all classes, absolutely spot on mate to who ever laid it out, o what a scorcher, I was on that roll again! Gary was having that nightmare of putting his feet down in the most embarrassing places again, I think im putting to much pressure on him by beating him all the time.

He has only beaten me so far at the 'biggest cock-up trial ever' where it was so bloody easy every one went round for clean or so I thought. Looking at the results for this event its apparent I lost 2 marks on section 10, what! That's b*****s mate. It was so damn easy it was impossible to loose any marks and as for section 10 it was the most main road section you could get. I remember doing this one in forth just for the crack and getting the quickest time out of the ends cards, two marks you what, the marshal must be on drugs and got me mixed up with some crap rider…

Bla Bla Bla getting back to an event worth mentioning!!.. Me and Gary plus the old man and a few others from our centre Monte and Nicky Dowland few names to mention made the trip down to Surrey for a ride as our south east centre has no combines for the first two months of the year due to disbanded clubs that have diminished from our centre due to the lack of interest from there members.

There's not much I say about the sections as they were all spot on but gary did have a bit of bother with one and that was number 2. The exit was causing a few probs with a slippery root through two trees, and I did witness a few riders doing the over the handle bars trick which Gary perfected and for extra points managed to impale himself on a branch.

10 was also the dogs dangleys with a bit of slippery mud and camber thrown in and up over a slippery log back down kamikaze style then back up over another log then out, blinded by the sun on the way out, no probs for me but did get a large lump of mud in the eyeball on the third lap and had to guess the route blind. But I still managed to clean it! I am good but shouldn't boast.

By the look of the pics Monty was having a good time of keeping his feet on dem damn pegs and was also having a bit of bother with number 10. just keep riding mate and it won`t be long before you beat that old bugger Davey boy ive got a war wound Plumb.

News just in hot off the trials press, the old man has just rung to confirm I won the inters class on 10 marks lost, 4 more then what I thought (These people just can't add up) and Gary lost 25 (hehehaha). Your loosing it son!!!! Also Nicky won his class which is what I predicted as us southerners are miles better then the stargroup pusseys..:);) bitch!

Thanks goes to all that put the work in for a most excellent trial many thanks from the southeast centre boys who whooped yer sorry arses.

Chow 4 now c ya at the Sidcup 60.
